Return and Refund Policy
By placing an order with Theteedrop, you accept the following terms. These procedures are in place to guarantee that the return and refund process runs smoothly and transparently. Please keep in mind that all policies only apply within the United States.
1. 30-Day Return Policy.
We provide a 30-day return period beginning on the date you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, the item should be:
- Unworn or unused.
- In its original box, with all tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Is there a missing return label?
Return labels are not included with our deliveries. If you need to initiate a return, please email support@theteedrop.com and we will walk you through the process.
3. How To Begin a Return
Please email support@theteedrop.com with the following information:
- Order number, complete name
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or screenshot)
Reason for Return
If the product is defective or damaged, please provide photos or a brief video of it.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and verified (usually within 24 hours). Approved refunds will be granted within 14 days, however your bank or card issuer may require an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the credit.
4. Damaged, incorrect, or defective items.
We gladly support free exchanges for the following items:
- Damaged during transit
- Incorrectly shipped
- The incorrect size arrived (not as ordered)

5. Exchanges.
Exchanges are only provided for products that are damaged, inaccurate, or the wrong size. In these circumstances, we will cover the return shipping charges.

6. Refunds
After we evaluate your returned item, we will tell you of its approval status. If approved:
- Your refund will be completed within fourteen days.
- The funds will be reimbursed to your original payment method.
- Your bank/card provider may require an additional 3-5 business days to complete the transaction.
7. Cancellations.
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, production may have commenced, and cancelation is not guaranteed.
Important: Please double-check your mailing address before placing your order. If the address is inaccurate and the delivery fails, the client is solely responsible for any ensuing loss.
